It’s time for one of our favorite retreats of the year, up north above the arctic circle in Norway — the beautiful Lofoten islands. It’s our third year here, a retreat where we explore nature on a pair of skis or snowboard. Touring to the top of the mountain and then skiing all the way to the bottom, enjoying views of the ocean along the way.
For our retreats in March we have teamed up with our favorite ski brand Atomic, to share a little bit of our love for the mountains with you.
The mountains up here offer a variety of terrain and at this time of year the light is coming back making it possible to spend long days on the mountains as well as seeing the northern lights in the evenings. This trip got everything we love and more — where the mountains meet the ocean just above the arctic circle.

SKI TO THE SEA
This trip is made for all levels. You don’t need previous touring experience, but we recommend a basic foundation in skiing / snowboarding.
Our guides will make sure that every tour is planned according to each group needs and skills, so everybody, regardless if you are a relatively new or experienced skier, can have the best experience possible. That’s why we are so glad to have several guides, so that we can split into smaller groups (6 girls per guide) based on previous experience and expectations for the trip, that way as many girls as possible can come and enjoy this retreat with us.
This is an amazing opportunity to take your touring experience to the next level, to learn, develop and enjoy the mountains together
— that’s what we want :)
The skiing in March is a great combination for long days and hopefully cold arctic snow. During this time of the year, the weather can as always change rapidly from snow storms to sunshine. If we are lucky, since the sun is starting to come back again we will be able to spend a lot of time in the mountains as well as enjoy the magical sunrise and sunsets, maybe even northern lights. We are smiling writing this!!!!
OUR HOME
We live right next to the water in two houses with a big outdoor patio, a private sauna with views over the ocean and small surrounding islands. We are within walking distance to the charming town Henningsvær and just behind our house is one of the most famous hikes here in Lofoten, called Festvågtind. We love our home in the north.
Each room is meant to be shared with another guest at the retreat. Each room is unique, and some rooms have double beds and some have separate beds. If you are attending with a friend, please let us know and we will room you together.
KAYAKING
To make this trip extra special and to maximize our days together up north, we have added one day with a kayak tour so that you all will get to see the islands and Lofoten from the water. Our guides will take care of all the gear and us. We hope you will love it as much as we do.
We will be kayaking on the day we are not skiing. Except for kayaking you will have some free time to be able to explore the town next to us called Henningsvær or simply enjoy a little slower day where you can spend some free time with what you prefer <3
FOOD
Food is a joy in life and a big part of our retreats. We love to share our passion and we want this to be a highlight of your stay with us. Mica, our friend and chef has been with us since day one and they will cook the most amazing food for us. Get ready to eat food that is good for you and your soul, always with some Tori treats.
If you have any allergies or food preferences,
please let us know and we will make sure to adjust any food accordingly.

How to get here?
This is an all female retreat and as always with focus on food, nature and movement together in this new space of community and friendship.
